Welcome to EYFS

Welcome to EYFS. This is the Reception Class also called EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) here at Clifton Primary School. The class is made up of children aged 4-5 who are at the beginning of their Clifton journey. 

Quick Reminders

• What to bring everyday- school bags, water bottles and reading folders
• Library Books- We visit the library every Friday and books are to be returned no later than the following Friday morning each week.
• Home School Diaries- homework is set and sent home every Friday and is to be completed over weekend and returned by Monday.
• PE- Tuesday and Wednesday each week (please come dressed in PE kits those days).

(We ask that you look at your child's Reading Record each day as this forms an important part of our daily communication with you.)

• 22nd April- Back to School for Summer 1
• 24th April- EYFS Stay and Play to celebrate our new Outdoor Area
• 28th April-Baby and Toddler Group begins (each Monday 9.15-10.15am)
• 28th April-Network Rail Safety Assembly
• 5th May- Bank Holiday (school closed)
• 8th May- VE Day celebrations and lunch
• 12th-14th May- Go Velo Reception Bikeability
• 23rd May- Break up for Half Term
